Wesley Snipes tax evasion?

Dude doesn't pay his taxes and he ends up going to prison. Is it such a big deal? I mean 20 mil is no small change. People are trying to compare his case to Willie Nelson and others who didn't pay. Willie paid a fine and got a slap compared to three years. Is it a race issue? Are they going to play the race card with Wesley Snipes or is he just going to go to prison and take his punishment? Still gotta feel for the guy. Then again, if I was making THAT much money it would seem not so difficult to pay up!
