I own a small business and have found out the hard way that we are not in the least bit important to TWC. TWC has been hosting our Website for ten years until everything fell apart this past year. Our website was down for over a week and after call after call with no one having any idea how to respond to us, we finally found out that they had moved some site around and did not move ours. I am not a tecky, so forgive my lack of correct terms. We also found out that they have been overcharging us for years to host our website. They never notified us to tell us our site "might" be down and the cutomer service people were uncaring and completely unknowledgeable about their own service. We will are moving our site to another vendor AND before we could get it moved, our website is down again. This time after call after call, we got someone to tell us that they had CHANGED OUR IP #..... Needless to say we were not notified about that. Upon pressing the subject we finally found out that they sent an eamil to one of our employees who has been gone for over two years ! AND the employees email was cancelled, so if they did in fact send it, IT BOUNCED BACK.

Very very frustrating and what a "downer" for me. I have always been a big supporter of TWC, but they have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
