Weber grill - kenmore gas grill

We purchased a sears grill a little over 2 years ago replacing our weber which we had for over 10 years.

when purchasing we were told how this kenmore grill was superior. Well in just a short time we found out it wasn't finally decided to have it repaired the

parts were rusting and falling off.
The repair man came order the parts, the
next week another repair man came, fixed it
told me in no uncertain terms that we did
not take care of the grill. In fact the
repair slip says customer abuse.
Great we own a weber grill for 10 years
grill year round (Massachusetts) and
are told by some repair man we don't know how to take care of a grill, even though the first repair man saw it and warrantied everything.
first the repairs man insults us because
the grill we have that we paid alot of

money fell apart. No one said we had to keep it in the house like a kitchen range.
This man was totally out of line he didn't ask why or how.
Granted we had a bad summer with alot of
rain but its a grill.
We had to stop cleaning it a few months
ago until we got it fix because everything was falling apart the

repair was valued at 753.06
Great we were told if the repair was too much they would replace the grill
I just would like a enough money to purchase another weber. So we can abuse it/.
