I have a dv6500 notebook. I have not been able to get the web cam since I purchased the computer. i was not a big at teh time, but now it is becoming unsettling. I have since been to your web-sites for testing equipment on my computer....I have followed the instructions many times (in the event I made a mistake) and I'm sure my web-Cam is crap, it has never worked. The computer in question is my personal computer, however, I wanted to get a few other computers for my office/business. Should I expect this from all your computers/products?
