We were very disappointed with the lack of service provided. We singed an acceptance of proposal to have our gutters replaced with the above named company. The guy seemed normal and eager to do the work. Dennis Vanmaanen has failed to show up to do the work for the last month. The number on his work order is his mothers house and the only way to leave him messeges. When he does call you back he says he will be there on such and such day to do the work and never shows up. We paid half our money upfront and a month later I am still waiting. I would not reccommend this business to anyone. He will show up for the estimate on the gutters and to get half the money but does not return to do the work. So if you are in need of new gutters Please do not use vanmannens gutter service.
