Then next morning, we decided pool was still too expensive so we read our contract which stated we had 3 days to cancel with a certified letter. I called and the man I spoke with informed me that a letter wouldn't be nessary, he had all my info and that he would gladly send my check back to me.
4 wks later, Ryan from BWP calls. He wanted to inform me that I cant just call and cancel the pool and that NO ONE from his company would have EVER told me such a lie. Ryan was sweet as pie and tried all of his little secrets to get me to reconcider. He said he was going to talk to the big dogs and try to make me a better deal. Well Ryan immediately hung up with me and called my husband. Totally changed the story and found out that $200 check had been cashed. Nothing was resolved other than BWP treatened to put a leen on my house and make us pay for a $20,000 pool we didn't even have. For 3 wks someone different called my husband and I at different times with different stories. This morning I get a letter stating that their financial lenders are being "picky" and they can not finance us a new $20,000 pool at this time. SO, It's August 28th, 2 months later, I didn't get a pool in 2 wks as promised, I'm out $200, and I still have NO POOL!! I can't wait to see what happens next with BLUE WORLD POOL! BE AWARE, they will screw you!!

0 I contacted BWP and the salesman Duke came out on 6|15|09. I put down 250 with a money order since I ran out of checks. 2 wks later I also received a letter that the lenders are being 2 picky. I called 2 get money back and Kathleen Payne, Director of Financing, was extremely rude.She said that the money order wasn't cashed. I had 2 pay $15 to trace the money order. BWP had deposited the money order in Bank of America. Called back to BWP and Kathleen said she would send a check. NO CHECK YET! Dawn, NC
0 ONE WORD SCAM !!! SCAM !!! WHAT A JOKE.... $45,500.00 FOR AN ABOVE GROUND POOL? THEY DID THE SAME TO US...THEY THREATENED US THAT HEY ARE GOING TO PUT A LIEN ON OUR PROPERTY ??? LISTEN BLUE WORLD POOL IDIOTS ...YOU CANNOT PUT A LIEN ON ANYBODY'S PROPERTY IF THERE IS NO POOL ON THE GROUND!!! YOUR COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE..THE ONLY REASON WHY YOU ARE STILL IN BUSINESS IS HOW YOU SCAMMED PEOPLE FROM THEIR DOWN PAYMENTS THAT YOU DO NOT RETURN. WHO ARE YOU KIDDING ABOUT ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS??? THEY ALL CAME FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES .... PLEASE POST ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY SO WE CAN BE PART OF IT ALSO ....
0 I saw the add on T.V. about BWP and how nice the pools are and I went to their website, and I did not give them my home # but my cell. I was trying to look at pools and immediately saw that this was a bait and switch scam and a T.V. News did a rip off report on how they use high pressure tactics to get you to make a deposit then they threaten to put a lein on your home. I asked about the midline pools and also a pool with a deck like shown in all their pictures, and I was told they do not do decks, but the way they advertise a instalkled pool, they all have decks except the econo-line. I was not expecting much for $399.00 but just try to buy a pool from these people for that price. They wanted to ask me if I was interested in financing, and I checked with a local pool company and I got a straight up price, and that was $3000.00 for a pool that BWP wants almost $15,000.00 for minus the deck and "delivery charges". BWP is a scam company and just go to Google and look at the lawsuits filed against them for using bait and switch tactics. Also, my cell phone was ringing and they were trying to call me even after I told the person I was chatting with who was very evasive in answering my questions I was going to buy from a local dealer who has been in business for over 20 years and has no unresolved complaints. Good Luck to anyone who deals with this company.
