We switched to At& T because of...

We switched to At& T because of supposedly better service and they even said we would receive a Gift Card for $60.00. Well, that was nearly a year ago and they never complied. This has been a fiasco. Then we phoned and they finally sent a coupon for us to fill out. We filled it out...guess what, they never got it back so we must now send another back to them...but the probably is , they have never sent another one back. What lousy service. I wish we had never changed and we might switch again. What a rotten company. I know they think I'll give up but I won't. I'll keep complaining and sending them e-mails and phone calls, until we cancel of course. Stay where you are..believe me, you don't what this pathetic service,.
