We purchased a washer and dryer...

We purchased a washer and dryer from sears, and the problems started right from their salesman. Shortly after using the machines we encountered several issues with both units. First, the salesman lied to my wife and told her the washing unit would handle washing a king size comforter, a feature she really needed. It does not handle that at all. Second, the so called staintreat feature is a joke. The service guys that we have had out to our home five times now told us so. Our washing machine has been putting small pinholes in our clothing for some time now. Everytime they come out and check, they can't seem to find the problem. Our dryer doesn't dry the clothes half the time. Keep in mind these units are less than a year old. They have replaced parts, and still the problem persisits. Talking to the customer relations is a nightmare. Seems like everyone always passes the call to everyone else. We write down the names of the people we talk to every time we call, but the next time we call, you can NEVER talk to the same person, or they have never heard of them. We had dealings with best buy for other appliances that we purchased, and they were amazing. Never made us feel like we were burdening them like sears does time and time again. We spent money at their store, and it seems as though now that they got their money, our satisfaction doesn't matter. That is very aggravating, and you can believe that we will NEVER buy ANYTHING from sears again. They have attitudes on the phone, and make you feel as though you enjoy spending hours of your time on your cell phones for nothing. Like we make up the problems and enjoy having to call them repeatedly. I have never in my life been so disgusted by a company and the way they treat their customers. My wife and i have been treated poorly, and are just trying to warn you so you don't have to go through the same hassle. Stay Away From Sears, they don't care about their customers, and don't mind losing their business.
