We have been with Verizon Wireless for 5+ years and I have never once been disappointed with my experience with Verizon. On Wednesday we purchased my husband a new LG Navigator and was very impressed with the in store customer service in the store on Lake St. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and help us find the phone that best fit our priorities.

Later that evening my husband said he wanted a carrying case so we went to the new store on N. Powers Blvd and was even more impressed with our customer service experience.

Today I received my bill and noticed it was higher and I was charged a $25 technology charge which was not supposed to begin until 30 days after activation, when I called customer service they were extremely apologetic, explained it was their error and promptly credited my account. She then helped me with a technical issue without transferring me to another representative.

My total wait time was maybe a minute before she came on the line, and about one minute while she solved my issues, VERY impressive in my book.
