Watch out for slow delivery - shipping

On 12/21/07 I purchased a TV cabinet on Ebay and arranged shipping with AC Delivers. The item was picked up from the seller on 2/2/08. This I could understand since a holiday period was involved.

I then expected delivery between 4/2/08 and 5/2/08. When the item did not arrive by early May, I contacted AC Delivers and was told it would be shipped within 3 weeks.

Three weeks later when it had not arrived, I called back and was told it would be another 3 weeks.

Three weeks later still no delivery. I consistantly have problems getting their customer service reps to return my calls or e-mails.

Now I am approaching 6 month since the purchase, and am still waiting for delivery. I'm told it is sitting in their warehouse in New Orleans and they will not give me an estimate on delivery.

Update: The furniture was finally delivered in October of 2008. I will NEVER do business with this company again!

I have information for you as I am victim of AC Antiques and AC Delivers also.

AC Delivers had their interstate license REVOKED in 2003, 2005 and on 23 Feb 09. They are experienced crooks.
