direct tv Complaint

Watch out!

Direct TV forced me to take it in the two chute by informing me that I had "an unspoken, unsigned" two year commitment when I got an HD Receiver. So that was an extra $140 on top of the $4700 I have paid to direct tv over the last 30 months (not to mention the people I referred.

Switched to ATT Uverse and it is much better. Cheaper, better picture, and you can watch DVR from any tv in the house.

Please don't use Direct TV.....

Your contract is for two years. Walk away and go to Dish. I was a Dish customer for four years. I changed because of the NFL package. Boy am I sorry.
