This review is in reference to the Arlington Parks Mall location where I received my treatments. Check the BBB report before you go there. Only the customers who cannot get a hold of management to resolve their issues, complain to the BBB. I've dealt with the business bureau before and they tend to favor businesses over the customers so the results often times are unfair to consumers. But it is a serious matter for a customer to even file a report to begin with. Even one complaint from a customer means the company is a little fishy.

This place has the "Used Car Mentality" where they are as sweet as candy till they get your money. On the first treatment visit, they make you sign a form stating that you will be charged $50 if you are ever late to your appointments or don't give 24 hour notice to reschedule. God forbid if you should ever run into traffic. But funny how, they don't pay you for them being late. Through all my visits, I've yet to be called in on time (an hour late on one visit) and I've had one instance where my appointment time was written on the card to be at 10:30 then got a call to confirm my appointment at 10. Keep all your appointment cards just in case they pull this on you.

When I had an issue and wanted to ask someone about it, I never got a call back. It was a simple matter about scheduling that could have easily been done in a few minutes but since I couldn't get anyone to help me at the front desk, I asked for a manager to call me. Needless to say, he never does. And from reading other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who has had this happened to them. This Joseph Le may be the manager there but I don't think he cares for customer retention.
