Warranty Service Poor - Warranty Repair

Rodman Ford in Foxboro, MA was my natural choice for warranty repair, when I broke down on a Sunday at 6pm, coming out of a local shoppin center.
They had the vehicle 9 days, were never really honest with me about exactly what went wrong, and after my calling DAILY to discuss progress with the Service Manager, suddenly, the work was completed.
I was entitled to a rental car at $5 per day deductible, which Service never informed me of until 5th day of my vehilce in garage. With the 4th of July approaching the next day, I was relieved.
Many times, the SErvice Mgr would not return my calls until the very end of his day, when he would leave a voicemail quickly, then leave.
The vehicle is 'fixed' but I have a 'lag' as the transmission accelerates through upper gears on the highway. Planning to sell it ASAP. All I can say is glad I purchased the Extended Warranty.
Service and cooperation have really slipped at Rodman since I first used them almost ten years ago. Their 'cocky' attitude is certainly not to their benefit in this poor economic climate!
