Waranty Service charges - jvm1190sy

I'm writing in regards to the service I received on 11/25/08. I was told I had to pay 99.95 for the service and if I choose to have it fixed that would come off of the final charge. I was charged 212.92 for 55 minutes of service to change a warranty part which was free!!! Most trade professionals (car mechanics, plumbers, carpenters) DON'T MAKE 200.00 PER HOUR I don't know how GE thinks they are qualified to make that kind of money. I could have refused the service and handed the service tech $100.00 bucks and had nothing to show for it, or pay the money and have my microwave fixed. Who would of though they were going to charge another $112.00 more for labor on top of the $100.00 I owed for the service call.
