Waranty - LG front loader washer

I purchased a front loader LG washer about three months ago. I begin to have problems and had to call the warranty department. I became really upset. They begin to ask all these questions about my washer that should have been in the system and then they had me acting like I was the technician. I was to look for different things to make sure it was completed when delivered. Well I stopped and just told them I did not see anything they were asking. The girl decided at that point she would send a technician out. Then she told me I needed to show my receipt of purchase to make sure that I was the one that purchased the machine. I told her I have never heard of such a thing. I've never had this problem when I purchase an appliance from Sears. I will never buy another product from hhgregg . They are the worst when it comes to customer service.

I second this. I have called H H Greggs three times this week to speak to someone about the GE Extended warranty plan. No call back from anyone yet. They keep promisong that someone will call me. The complaint is with theoir extended warrany provider giving a hassle over thsi LG Front Loader washer serial number not being correct. I can not get anyone from GREGGS to get this mess fixed. Then GE sents out a tech and he said thsi si the correct number but, the 883.00 repairs work will have to be settled between Gregg, or myself with GE. This is bullsh!t since we purchased the extended warranty at the time of purchae. I have always bought evrything from Gregges. Now I will look elsewhere!!

I am not surprised you are having problems with HHGREGG's service. The service department for HHGREGG and LOWES is done by Sears. They are the worst when it comes to customer service.
