Walmart customer service - electronics department

on a recent trip into wal mart in irving, texas, the lack of customer service amazed me. when i told the manager that the hired help in the electronics department was worthless as teats on a boar hog, her response was OK.
I guess if i had been shopping for a BIG ticket item, maybe it would have made a difference.
