I went to Ware MA Walmart to pick up my prescriptions. I had a new insurance provider and have a temporary card. Denise at the Pharmacy would not honor the card although I had called the insurance provider to be sure that I had enough information to get my refills.
It was not bad enough that she did not honor the card but they did not offer a small supply until we could resolve the issue. I have no pills at this time.

She also would not call my provider to try to resolve the problem.
