JOHN HUSTER FROM LONG ISLAND THINKS ITS OK TO PUT THE WRONG GRADE OF OIL IN YOUR AUTOMOBILE .. YOUR CAR DEALER MAY VOID YOUR WARRANTY FOR SUCH .. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS SEE WHAT THEY USED AND CHECK WITH YOUR OWNERS MANUAL IN ALOT OF CASES THE "W R O N G" OIL WAS USED ... NICE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS !!

your a bunch of idiots, even if they wanted to test it, it would have been so broken down you could have put 20w50 in there and it would be left to nothing..your a retard customer just like everyone else ..the dealer didnt feel like paying for whatever malfunction caused your engine to go...and they found receipts in your glove box from a neb shit tech and blamed it on firestone..

Even I know that the dealer is not going to pay thousands of dollars to test the viscosity of your oil...give it a break man. Check you receipts for every oil change prior to Firestone's...see any similarities?
