WORST MEAL IN MANHATTAN!!
This place is the worst - what a shame, cuz it's premise is great -

all local NY food.

The service was so bad, we must have been sitting for 20 minutes before we got our menus and then another 20 minutes for water.
Of course - the food came out late (and yucky - my fish was both overcooked and undercooked at the same time), and so on....
the restaurant was LOUD and our waiter (when he was around) was absurdly soft spoken..
they did make an attempt to replace my meal and comp-ed us some wine - they were nice - but i don't think anything could make up for the entire disappointing experience.
i wish they could give me my evening back.
