WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
We are a freight forwarding company that decided to use Ori Van Lines for to move cargo for a customer. They were very nice and helpful in the beginning and gave us a decent rate quote and said that they would handle the trucking, the unloading for the customer and removal of the crates once they were done.

In the MIDDLE of unloading, they called us again and said that we have to pay the full balance of the charges PLUS additional charges for things they couldn't even explain properly!

While speaking with the supervisor trying to workout payment arrangements, the supervisor began to get hostile and started to THREATEN us. He had Lindsey call the movers and told them to STOP in the MIDDLE of moving and just sit outside while our customer waited. Eventually we paid all the charges just to get rid of them.

Now, a couple days later.. they called again and said they are going to throw the crates and trash BACK to the customer and that we should pick them up. RIDICULOUS.

This company is FULL of tricks and lies! You get a good rate quote and in the middle of moving are harassed to pay MORE or else they would stop or take back all the cargo and charge DOUBLE!!!

In 30 years of business, this has been the WORST experience.

**BE CAREFUL!** We received harassing and threatening phone calls repeatedly throughout the day saying they will ruin us and post bad things about us if we do not take down our YELP posting. Now they have posted reviews about our company that includes false information. It seems the only way they know how to get things done is by using threats and taking revenge... not very professional and extremely immature. Be careful when dealing with this company
