WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in MELBOURNE - NIke trainers

I recently went to Provider Trainers on Greville Street Prahran & experienced the worst customer servioce & attitude to match.Myself & those with me were in a state of shock upon exiting the store it was that disgraceful.

The part-owner who was working alone that day made it clear that she could not care less about selling shoes that day but focused on her laptop instead.

When my father joked that it was a shame she didn't have sizes she shrugged and said "i don't care, I sold them before xmas'.

She kept reminding us that all shoes were sold before xmas and that what could we expect like we were idiots.

When I phoned the other part-owner of the business he laughed & told me there was no point calling him as she was part-owner & the complaint would not go any further.

So I have decided to take it further!

So if you want trainers...don't go there!!! It is to date the worst experience I have had in a retail shop in Melbourne.
