WARRANTY CONTRACT

AHS is not living up to its' advertising in that their contract is NOT favoralble to consumers! It was written by a lawyer to their benefit - not yours. I understand that - to a degree.
However, I am in a dispute with them right now. I have read their contract concerning an a/c problem. It clearly states that a particular item is covered. Yet, they say, through an exception clause, that it is not. This is not the first time that I have had an impasse with them.
My advics if you are thinking of goin wtith them: Look at the contract very, very carefully - especially all of the 'small' print that tells you about the exceptions!
Nobody there will tell you the truth. All they will do is to argue as to why they will not cover a procedure. They strictly read to you what they have been trained to do - and that is to tell you what you don't want to hear.
TWO THINGS TO REMEMBER: 1. LET THE BUYER BEWARE 2. AHS IS LIKE ALL MAJOR CORPORATIONS IN THAT IT IS ALL ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE - PROFIT (the consumer doesn't count)
