I have been billed for three months now by VIsta Print even though I called them after I saw the FIRST charge and told them that I did not want the service I was being billed for and that I had not agreed to it. I never even received a confirmation email for this supposed signup so they are totally doing this behind people's backs.
I have informed them now THREE times to stop billing me but again this month there is another charge. I am no longer going to be patient with this scammer company Vista Print and I will contact my bank for a chargeback on all three charges.
When I do call vistaprint they put me on hold for over fifteen minutes and then come back and say the same things over and over again, that I signed up. EVEN if I had signed up (which I didn't) I am now informing them I want to cancel but they do not abide.
VistaPrint rewards program is a SHAM!

0 I just found out this morning that they have been doing this to me as well! 14.95 each month for 10 months now! I do have a website throught them which those funds come out of my account on a different date....I now cancelling that service with them! I am so pissed that they have stolen money from me! This is such a scam! Please Please if anyone reads this please do not take this lightly! Something needs to be done! THEFT!

0 My account was charge for over a year before I realized it. Refunded in full after I called number on bill. BEWARE!!
0 We recently had the same charge show up on our bank statment after making a purchase from VistaPrint. Our bank is in the process of disputing the charge. But we never signed up for or agreed to be in a discount/rewards program. When calling the company they place us on hold, will not say what they do, and have repeatedly asked for my credit card information to "verify our account status". Find another company to use for your low budget printing needs VistaPrint is a rip off.
