After my troubled experience with rude customer support at budplant.com, I found it very refreshing to get great help from club penguin.com
The situation was similar. Living in Thailand means that sometimes your credit card is declined because it was not set up for online international purchases for example in Canada. I was trying to purchase some online games for my daughter and my credit card was not accepted despite it working elsewhere. I wrote to Clubpenguin customer support asking them what to do and got really good help and very polite explanation. Budplant should learn from them. Well done to Jason at Club Penguin!

My daughter was on the Cp site and was talkingto a played Named Mello Bella , my daughter told her that her uncle died and all Mello Bella did was call my daughter a low life and a liar. If you see this player please tell ehr that she is the low life for saying that such a thing to my daughter and not believing that her Uncle died. Thank you!

I think parents shouldn't let their kids on anymore. It used to be great, but now I guess its really bad. Please think of this before you let your children on.
