We recently travelled from Hartford CT to Denver CO with my Mother who is disabled.
At every step of the way Delta had provided a wheelchair for her convenience. They seated us at a bulkhead for easy access & made sure my Mom had plenty of time to board. The staff were friendly,helpfull & accomodating, a more pleasant set of people we could not wish to meet.
Our travels were made more pleasurable by the staff of Delta Airlines & our thanks go out to them.
