DO NOT BUY ANY LINON HOME DECOR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!! BAD PRODUCT, SUPPORT, AND SERVICE!

No one from this company returns phone calls, faxes, or emails. I purchased three book cases by Linon Home Decor at Target and two of them had several broken parts. I followed instructions to get these parts replaced and had no luck. After several phone calls, emails, and faxes I final got through and spoke with Victor ---he promised replacement parts in two business days, several weeks later I'm still with out parts and no return calls, emails, and faxes from Victor or Linon Home Decor. This really sucks when you have a small apartment with half built bookcases taking up space. This company has the absolute worst service ever! Please think twice before buying any of their products.. "you will be sorry."

I'm now returning products to Target for a refund!

It appears I am not alone on how I have been treated by Linon. Bought a bunk bed for my kids and it came missing all hardware and 2 of the headboards were broken. Followed their online submission for replacement parts, sent emails, left voicemails (no one ever answers the phone) and no response. Kids have been sleeping on the floor now for a week. Now I have to pack this up and take back to target. Will never order a Linon product again.
