i just recently got verizon home phone service at home i already had wire installed but i am getting billed for $110 for wire installation that is false and wrong charges no one is listining me plz if some one can help me i am tired of verizon bullshit i didn't get my verizon internet i didn't get direct tv through verizon because my order wasn't processesd by verizon .

My bill comes out to nearly 30 percent more than the amount of the contract I signed. Verizon should at least better disclose their ridiculous fees. Id rather know up front than feel like Im being tricked every month
