Verizon Had an Add on Tv offering a Free 19 Inch Tv If you "Bundle" your Home TV,Phone,Internet and sign Two Year contract. GReat! No Problem, and I Get a 19 Inch LCD TV. No Hidden Small writing anywhere about FREE TV . NOTHING! So I call, to order. I am Told That Yes Its Available in my area ( the services), But that The FREE TV is Of Not available to Me, and I Have to change My Phone Number. WTF?? My Neighbor 10 Feet away has it, he did NOt Have to change his Phone Number !! Okay so I Say Nevermind. By Boyfriend works for Verizon In Neighboring state. So He tells Me, he got a MEMO , that The Free TV is Available to everyone, In the Metro Area . ( This is Two days after my First Call) He also tells Me ( He Installs this all day Long Mind You) that He has NEVER Had ANYONE HAve to change to their Phone Number. Ever. So I Call again. I am Now told On this Second Call, that It is Not Available in my Area. ( Remember, Now, My Neighbor Has it 10 Feet away). So I Tell them that. I Am Told Oh Well "Their" computers says different, they cant do anything, and for Me to Call My Local Office. I Get Online and put in My Zip code at Verizon.com. It says-- GOOD NEWS ! Everything is available ! But Nothing about any Free TV!! Oh I can order and set Up, But if I do that, I wont be getting the ADVERTISED OFFER-- At all. Then an On-Line Rep appears, and asks if I Need Help! WOW - Now Im Like- "well Heck YES"- and I Explain to him--- He says No Problem, sends me a Link to the Offer, says it is ALL AVAILABLE, and go here. Click On Link Computer FREEZES Up, and Shuts Down. Coincendence? I Think Not. So I Call again, and explain to girl what Just happened-- and she says.. "Sorry But it is Not available in your area". Okay so I Just Spent Approximately 50 Minutes Of My Life , I CANT GET BACK- Dealing with a Company, I am TRYING to Give MY MONEY Too... who , Before I Even have their service is Treating me Like Sh*t ! What do I suppose they will Be like after I get to order, Or If I even Get to Order? MMMM I dont Think I want to find Out. I Typed in VERIZON SUCKS... and there Must Be 50 Million Hits. Im GLAD they think Its Not available in MY AREA.. I Hope they Forget I Exisit. I am requesting to Me removed from their Mailing Lists. I think If I Had their Service, I Might Go Postal and Hurt Somebody! THEY SUCK!!!
