Verizon Cell Phone Service.
Verizon customer service stinks.
On a Friday afternoon I met my husband at our local Verizon store. The reps in there were more interested in each other than their customers.

My husband bought a brand new expensive Verizon phone, easy! No work for them to do.
Here comes us pain in the butt customer. We would like to transfer my husband's cell number to the new Verizon phone we just bought and drop my daughter from the family share plan.
Oh boy, that got complicated for them. They suggested to us to go home and have us do it later calling Verizon ourselves.
We wanted to finish this all up at the store where they had all the Verizon numbers and connections at hand and enjoy our weekend. It took 1 hour 45 mins. when they informed us they lost the connections and it was not possible to do today. I was ready to scream and get a drink at the bar next door where my co-workers were enjoying their Happy Hour.
We had to stand at the service desk the entire time. There were no seats, snacks, water or anything to make you feel comfortable.
We went back the next day and again it took them almost 2 hours this time to get these two simple tasks done.
To drop my daughter from this family plan since she has her own work cell phone now which she is allowed to use for personal calls as well costs us $175. Crazy!
It probably took them 5 seconds to click on disconnect her line. Amazing.
The employees were not well trained, not apologetic at all for wasting our time for more than 3 hours.
It was a horrible experience.
If you call Verizon for anything they want to sell you a more expensive plan. They never offer something better and cheaper.
It is always a very frustrating experience to deal with them,
