Vegeatarian meal was actually chicken - bad manager/incorrect food

Your Salford branch which is situated right next to Macdonalds offices has to be the worst branch I have been in. The manager (Jo) is rude and was blatently attempting to convince me that the chicken sandwich I was sold as a vege deli was vegetarian until outraged at her cheek I returned to the branch to be met by a sneering woman who seemed offended that I had an issue and certainly made zero attempt at apologising. She did however give me a refund but her manner was appalling and she came across as very common and cheeky. Utterly disgusted that Macdonalds allows staff to treat people like this and that they employ individuals who are so rude as to not even say sorry when presenting dead flesh to a life long vegeatarian, rest assured trading standards will also be receiving a letter too. Had I of not been treated with such a lack of respect and instead met by an apologetic individual keen to sort it out rather than Jo I wouldnt be compelled to complain at all. So annoyed and offended that I will never be going near that branch while the likes of that "manager" are still there.

My friend and I stopped at the McDonalds in Indian River, MI for breakfast at 6:05 today. The young lady that waited on us was borderline rude. I finally told her that it might not hurt to smile to her customers. She snapped back to me that it had been a long day! If that was the case, I wouldn't want to be ordering lunch from her or dinner for tht matter! And to top it off, she mixed up our orders!
