Van Heusen opened a new store in my area; went there,purchased over $100 merchandise; rec'd $10 promotional coupon.Went to use it and was told another purchase had to be made first in order to use it.Computer register doesn't rec.this type of coupon.Seems like double talk and Penney's will be my store now since they accept all of their own coupons w/out double purchases. Van Heusen is not going to make it here if they continue to do business this way.
