Sprint's voice command feature was a reason that I changed to Sprint.

After I spent many hours creating an address book on the voice command, Sprint announced immediate termination of support for Sprint's Voice Command.

I wanted to download my address book to either my computer or cell phone. I was told by three different customers rep's that my was not providing any support.
