I ordered 2 products which were advertised as free offers, charging shipping only. Next day, the company had charged my bank acct. $40 for each product + shipping, a total of $80 more than what was promised. It has been 2 wks and I have not received the product and... More...

Thanks for the heads up. Thanks to your comment, I called and cancelled my card and my bank is sending me a dispute form. They are going to investigate and refund the money into my account. Big headache cancelling the card and getting a new one but worth it, I think. I want to trumpet this company's practices from the rooftops to prevent them from doing this to others.

Watch your checking account. They did the same thing to me only I returned the merchandise. To date my credit card has been charged for 2 Refills (!) of this order. When I call I get a waiting time of up to 67 hours!!!! Have filed a claim against these guys....not terribly optimistic. 1st and LAST time I'll be ripped of on the internet!
