Uverse Nightmare - AttUverse

I had Uverse installed for the cable service only or so I thought. During the install I discovered that AT&T Uverse had disconnected my business internet from my home. I lost my static IPs and several thousand dollars of business income. After a week of dealing with their tech support I became so angry I told them to remove everything from my house that connected me to them.
I am still (six months later) suffering from my one week stint with Uverse. Now they are telling me I did not send my equipment back. I have a bill for $795.00. It is almost impossible to speak to anyone who will or can do anything for you. Take my word for it, AT&T Uverse is the worst possible solution to phone, cable and internet. I do networking for a living and therefore understand tech support and service.
