Upset with Service

Today (12/30/08@1430 approx.) my wife and I stopped at the North Wilsonville, Oregon, Burger King on our way home from the VA Medical Center in Portland. This was our fist and last visit to this paticular Burger King. We had one of the survey coupons for a free Whopper. I'm assuming the manager refused to accept it since we'd taken all the extra paper off and just had the coupon itself. The reason I say "assume" is he had no idenification to show he was even a Burger King employee. When I told him I wanted one of his business cards he wrote "FAHD" on a piece of paper. I had to ask him twice for the store number; he finilly wrote "15568" down, wheather this is the true store number or not, I have no idea.I then asked him what he was afraid of he said that he wasn't afraid of anything. When I asked for the district managers name and number he said the number was on the paper and walked away. The only number on the paper is for the toll free survey. I'd still like to know who the district manager is and now I'd like to know who the owner is also. As for FAHD, I'd like to know what he's afraid of since no one gets that defensive over a $3.19 hamburger. At the South Wilsonville exit there is a Burger King that provides both good and friendly service and have eaten at for the past 10+ years. I remembered today why I don't do survey's or coupons.

every time i go to this location they say its too early to make me a milk shake, its like they are too lazy to make me a shake so they just say its too early or something, i know this because there is 1 guy and only 1 guy that is willing to make me a shake early in the morning. ive seen him do it, you have to cycle it a bit before the icecream comes out good, so everyone is just lazy and dont want to help a white boy, rolleyes. also I have on 2 separate occasions found hair in my food, have many times had my order incorrect. at the speaker i dont get a total, when i approach the window i dont get a total, every time i have to ask what the total is, WTF, do they not train these people. one time i ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon on it and the bacon tasted like cigarettes. the only reason i go there is because its right by my house but if i had the choice i would never go there again, i highly reccomend not going here especially if your the type of person that likes good service and food without hair in it.

I am from Ontario, Canada and my hubby and I go to the burger king there a lot, in Belleville, and this one time they just didnt feel like slicing the tomatoes and we felt that was just terrible. Lots of other people went back as well, but my hubby spoke to the manager and she didnt have much to say....Thanking you kindly
