I visited the McDonald's in Kennedy Township, Pa. So very disappointed with the service. I went through the drive through and the car in front of me was at the window for 10minutes putting in her order and getting change. My turn the cashier was so rude her name was She'Vonne. Put in my order face to face with her, NO THANK YOU just WHAT ELSE.
Same car in front of me waited another 10 minutes for her order ok now that is 20 minutes I have been waiting. My turn I waited another 10 minutes, 30 minutes for the drive through. I asked the guy at the window what was the hold up his answer "were making the meat". OK I get my order home, #1 in bag, 2 pumpkin pies so I though they turned out to be apple, order of nuggets, an a parfet. No napkins, no straws. They need more help in there I saw 4 people working this busy store. Terrible service.
