CVS has been known to lie, at least in my case which I can prove. They are slow. Sometimes I have not gotten the quantity ordered, and to boot, one of the Conroe pharmacists got in an argument with a Walgreens pharmacist who said CVS was not doing their job professionally. I can prove this. I will no longer use CVS and am going to sue them. If anyone else has had bad experiences please contact me at jlmaffett50@yahoo.com Enough people they do dirty and they will have a class action lawsuit against them and I for one will be a willing participant. I realize this is going to CVS but realize this, I am serious about a class action lawsuit after the way I was treated. I learned in college for every one person done wrong there are at least a hundred more. I am not going away and if noy class action (yet to be seen) I will definitely see you in court. this from store 6741 and7279

my doctor has already called me and told me not to worry and which pharmacy to go to which i did. you people think you know everything and accused me of doctor shopping and i was told i could know longer go to CVS AFTER I HAVE GONE TO ECKERDS BEFORE CVS FOR 30 years. wait until the facts come out in court,,,,BTWpaul ruffner knows me and knows i don't dr shop, am in lawsuit due to health he is store #6741 on vacation now it was nancy from same store who told jeff at store 7279 i dr shopped and they sent a print out of my meds to my dr. he called me and told me they dont know what is going on and rewrote my script which i had to go pick up again and he told me what pharmacy to go to, i have 3 surgeries coming up, my hippocratic oath was compromised not only by this but by nancy store 6741 talking to my sister unbeknownest to me calling me a liar. state of texas only one person has to be aware they are being recorded but my sister had a conference call and nancy didn't know someone else was listening in. i am talking to an attorney regarding this whole cvs issue separate from my health lawsuit. jennifer bryant cleveland texas

Given that you're already suing someone about your medical condition, you seem like the type of person who thinks that the answer to everything that happens to you in this world is to file a lawsuit. Pretty pathetic. Pharmacy employees are in a Catch-22; if they don't report suspicious activity regarding narcotics prescriptions, they can get in trouble with the government. If they try to collect information to report people they suspect are doctor shopping (you can have multiple doctors but get all your pain medicine from one; in fact, this is exactly what you are supposed to do if you take daily narcotics, and most patients who aren't abusing the drugs know that... the people who get narcotics prescriptions from multiple physicians are usually abusing the medications). You sound mentally unbalanced, and I pity any pharmacy employee who encounters you.

The hippocratic oath was a promise that physicians used to take. I'm guessing you mean that HIPPA was violated. If you're not a doctor you've never taken the hippocratic oath and if you are...Lord help us.
