I am unhappy with my order, to say the least. I never received the product and after three calls, still did not receive the item.
The three different customer service people I spoke with were rude, did not know how to correct the situation, and one actually hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor and would not take no for an answer. I don't beleive I will ever get the pedipaws which I paid for with a credit card. If I were you, I would not order online. The department stores are now carrying the Pedipaw.

File a dispute with your Credit Card Company to have the charges reversed. All they can do is say "No" so you have nothing to lose by trying.
