I placed an order with linens4you.net. Two comforter sets were ordered. One was priced at $39.99, which I was told was advertised incorrectly. The real price was $225. I ordered it, anyway, but then was advised that it was discontinued. The other I purchased for $280. When I got the "turquoise" comforter, it was more of a slate blue. I returned it according to their very specific instructions. Yesterday was four weeks since they received it, and I have yet to be issued a credit to my charge card. The company has "recently gone through a change in ownership, which has delayed my request for a reversal of the charge." They tell me that now I have to contact my card company, who is then to contact Linens 4 You about the reversal. Hogwash! Don't order from this company. Customer service is not their concern.

All the positive comments are made by the owner, Beware!!!!! they have an F rating with the BBB and they have many bad reports on rip off report.com The FBI are watching them !! I wouldn't order from them or you will the next victim of this fraudulent company!

Hi there. I am surprised you had such an experience too. I have been shopping for quite some time for my kids college bedding and linens and I have never had a problem. I am sure you will work things out with them. I have ordered from them at least ten times.

I honestly had a great experience shopping with them. Too bad you didn't have a good one too. I have been shopping at their site since 2005 and everything has been shipped and have never had issues. I also recently ordered a few items and so far good as usual. It must be the change of ownership issue what made you have a negative service. Well I hope your problem gets resolved.
