Unbelievable - Customer Service

I was on vacation visiting family on St. Simons and decided to shop in the area. My girlfriend (Jill) and I were told that Classi Lady had some nice clothes and decided to take a look. The woman that took care of us, couldn't have been more snotty. I found her elitist attitude completely unacceptable. She was an older woman who took a look at us, we were wearing shorts and sandles, and shot her nose right up in air. Jill, who is a little full-figured, was very embarrassed at how she was treated. What didn't realize is that both our husbands are attorneys in the Atlanta and we could have well afford to buy are crappy little store. Nonetheless, what she had to offer was not worth either the time or the effort, and I will NEVER, EVER go back. The store is near the mall in Brunswick, and I would recommend anyone reading this to avoid it like the plague.

Any establishment that purposely misspells words like 'classy' (I'm sorry but Classi????) are sub-par in my opinion. Cheap all the way. Better you don't go back and sorry to learn of the way you were treated. I worked retail for a long time and always treated my customers with respect size and shape not an issue - people who come to spend money deserve to be able to shop without a bunch of attitude. Funny thing is I went to PRADA the other day and expected that nasty attitude, while the girls were a little quiet they were sweet and helpful. Prada? or Classi Lady? Gee....wonder where I'll be shopping...Thanks for the warning!
