Unacceptable and Poor Customer Service! - tires and rims

I purchased the wrong set of wheels (tried to surprise hubby) and returning them has been the worst experience ever! My intentions were to return them and purchase another set that would cost me $400 more. It's been two weeks now and we're still waiting for a return call with an RMA number. The CS Rep specifically said "I have the information I need and will call you back with an RMA number. There is no need to call us back, wait until I call you". This was three days ago! If you want to run-around service, go ahead, buy your tires/wheels from WheelsNext! You'll see what I'm talking about!!!

Has your issue been resolved? If not please let us know. If your issue has been resolved, can you please response here that you have received your product or a refund. It is very unfair to judge a company by this board because we always solve our customers problems, but then no one ever comes back to post about how we resolve all our customer's issues. We have thousands of customers, but no company is perfect and we all make mistakes. Our company was recently recognized by Inc. NO, my issue was never resolved. After one additional phone call (I was left on eternal hold until I hung up), I followed up with two emails to your management team and they did not even give me the courtesy of a reply. I took my business to www.myhotbmw.com, where I received exceptional service and their product is reasonably priced and of excellent quality.
I agree that no company is perfect, but when a company has been given several opportunities to rectify a problem and the best they could do was ignore the customer, then this forum (and Rate It All) is absolutely justified. I just wish I would have done my homework before buying from WheelsNext.
WheelsNext may be a fast growing company, but if your customer service/sales department problem is not addressed, your company will very soon be out of business!!
