So, I sat on the phone for days, a nice CS girl said that they wouldn't service my eliptical - this, after their tech took my machine apart and told me to call them for service once my core bolts came in - I told her to get me her supervisor and not to jerk me around with his/her voice mail, etc...
I abhor confrontations with ppl that I know have no stake in it, nor any ability to help out... She told me that it was out of her control, and to hold again (for the fourth time) then she came back and told me that they WOULD send True Fitness to come out and service it. What gives... ??? I don't know what changed but, okay, now I wait for "the call" to set up service! Hooray, being a jerk DOES WORK!
