We purchase seats on US Airways way back in 9-06. 3 hours before our flight was to take off from my hometown an automated message called my cell phone telling me the flight had been cancelled. Why... Because the crew didn't show. My options were to drive 8 hours for a standbye seat! I chose a refund. And it's going to take 3-6 weeks to get that back. How can they do that to people and still charge them the same? If I was that decietful in my buisness I wouldn't have a business. Thanks UsSAirways/Ameiworse. for ruining my vacation!

Airtravel is unpredictable and everyone knows so before buying a ticket. You call 3 hours ahead of time decietful? It's not as though you made it to the airport and then were told the flight was canceled. It could happen on any airline!
