UPS JUST CANT TAKE IT!!

I HAD TO MOVE ON> UPS WAS DAMAGING A GREAT NUMBER OF PACKAGES DURING SHIPMENTS. WE FINALLY WENT TO FEDEX AND VOICED OUR CONERNS AND CHANGED. UPS IS OUT ALOT OF MONEY WITH MY BUSSINESS. 10-20 PACKAGES A DAY. UPS CLAIMS IS EVEN WORSE. NOW THEY ARE GOING SO FAR AS TO TELL ME HOW TO PACK GOODS! FUNNY THING IS THEY DONT LEAVE ALL SMASHED UP. VERY SAD!!!
