REQUESTED A PRODUCT BE BROUGHT IN TO LOCAL STORE...FOLLOWED UP SEVERAL TIMES OVER 3 MONTH PERIOD--ALWAYS REASSURED...SPOKE TO MANAGER--ONCE MORE REASSURED...E-MAILED COMPANY HEADQUARTERS--ASKED FOR MORE INFORMATION...SENT MORE INFORMATION...WAITED 2 WEEKS...NO REPLY...SENT FOLLOW UP...2 WEEKS LATER, STILL NO RESPONSE...NOW SHOP AT PUBLIX.
