A sensory sound DJ Complaint

I hired A Sensory Sound out of Sacramento for my wedding reception. They are highly unprofessional, played the wrong songs, stopped in the middle of our father/daughter slow dance and then started played a different song. Management gave me the run around until I finally gave up. Do NOT use this company; I didn't even get to communicate with my DJ until the night prior to the event (and it was during my rehersal dinner!)
