Just want to add that attUverse sucks some of the reps that work there, like tech support and others they don't have a clue of what they doing they promise the best service but they don't have any course of customer service. I keep calling almost for the same reason all the time e-mail problems,internet problems and tv problems and for some reason I never received quality service. honestly I'm ready to cut services with att or U-verse whatever the freaking name is this company is just a waste of time and money on the future I'm going to make sure not to recommend this company to my friends only to people I don't like.

I JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY ALL THE TROUBLE. pERHAPS THE TROUBLE IS WITH US NOT GRASPING PROPERLY HOW THINGS WORK?

it is new for them just as uverse is new.Goodness give them a break they are learning. Everything does not come at the snap of the fingers!!

AttUverse is lazy and does everything in it's power to disrespect the intelligence of their 'valued' customers. No one within the company is knowledgable about their product and they straight up LIE

i do agree with you on that!!! and especially now att's going to outsource tech support in the philippines thru sutherland global services. we just hope theyd deliver1!!

I to have found that I cannot get into my account, for paying on line etc. Keep telling me Im already signed up. Not too happy at this time

Wow. I was going to order it. Thanks for the info. I have the same opinion about Charter. They suck & they are using contructors, those guys get $8/hour & have no idea what they r doing.
