U-Haul was great - U-Haul truck rental

Had a mnechanical problem with my 26' u-haul truck. They attempted to locate a repair service on Memorial day week-end. No luck. So they hired a tow truck to tow my loaded truck to my destination....48 miles away. I called them the next business day to see if they would adjust the charges. All charges were cancelled. It was the moving experience from Hell but U-Haul did the right thing
