Tyent Bad Customer Service - MMP-5050

I called TyentUSA to purchase a water ionizer on the 9th of May. The bill was paid PROMPTLY on that day 9th of May. I was told that I would receive my water ionizer MMP-5050 by 15th May (3 working days). However, not only I did not receive it as promised, I was not given any tracking number for the water ionizer nor did I receive any calls, emails from TyentUSA (you have my contacts). I called on 15th of May twice, request for the tracking number, I was only faced with a receptionist who says that she cannot do anything because she is only a receptionist and the day went on without any course of actions.

I waited for another day till the 16th of May, no package arrive and I called again in the morning at 10am. Only then I received an email for the tracking number and the billing number shows that the package was sent on the 16th of May afternoon at 3pm.

This means that TyentUSA has TOTALLY FORGOTTEN my order of the water ionizer even though I am prompt in payments!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to call in THREE times to get my water ionizer to be sent to me even though I was told that the shipment would take 3 working days once TyentUSA has received the payment. I have waited for ONE WHOLE WEEK for something that has not been sent out, in between no phone calls, no emails.

If I had not persistently make calls to TyentUSA, they would not have sent out my purchased items.

Thanks for the comments about direct purchases. I called all the dealers and ended up ordering from IonizersDirect.com. I ordered on Thursday and got it the next day (Friday) via Fedex Next Day Air. Plus it was FREE shipping. IonizersDirect.com actually stock the machines in there own warehouse which doesn't seem to be the case with any other other dealers that I called. What I found out was that almost everyone else was drop shipping from the manufacture, which added 4-8 days until the machine shipped. Plus I got a sweet bonus package. I got the mmp-7070 and have been drinking from it over 2 months. I am an athlete and have noticed recovery time has been really reduced. I love it!

I just wanted to jump in here and say that I bought my Tyent from a company called ionizer world or ionizer earth or something, and it was a great experience. I've tried many ionizers, and the Tyent machine is fantastic. I also had a question about the machine, and I called Tyent Customer service and my questions were answered promptly and they were very knowledgeable. I don't know what these people are talking about. It's probably Tyents competition posting this stuff.

I just want to clarify one thing about my comment below. I didn't deal with Tyent USA directly. The owner of Tyent just called me and asked if I would explain that I was in fact dealing with an unauthorized Tyent USA distributor. The moral of my long story below (next entry) about my credit card and customer service is if you are going to buy online make sure you are buying from an AUTHORIZED distributor. When I finally got my money back from that shady company, I did buy a Tyent 7070 directly from a Tyent USA authorized distibutor and my experience was great. The 7070 is an amazing machine.

I had the most terrible worst customers service experience with this tyent company from the very start of business it was already a mess I just could'nt back out because Tyent already deducted my payment in my account. From the receptionist going up to their boss it was a total disarray. I ordered a water Ionizer thru internet and telephone it was my mistake I dictated my credit card. At that very day they deducted my payment but the delivery of the water Ionizer took 19 days Inspite of my continous follow up. Worst of all whenever I talked to tyent the receptionist will always say the guy incharge is not around then she will ask my tel. No. and will say they will call back they never call us. Maybe when you are a new customers they will return your call but after they got your money expect the worst. Worst of all when I used the water Ionizer It did not last for a month and it malfunction we have to return it before the trial period. When I try to refund the payment they deducted from my account, again another nerve racking experienced in follow up with regards to my refund. I took a month before I got the deficient amount of
refund. Again, Another stressful follow up for the remaining refund that up to now I have not yet receive the money that they have taken to me.
inspite of my continous follow up,
I even complaint this company to different consumers affairs offices who protect consumers but they never response whatever complaint letters this consumers offices sent to tyent they just ignored and never responded to them. You can see how this company treat even those consumers affairs offices who has authority to mediate. This is the worst company I have ever known when it comes to customers service. Very bad, WORST customers service the worst I had experience in my entire life with regards to purchasing an item to a newly unknown company. Tyent got the water Ionizer in original form they delivered to me. They have their machine and they have my money they have both of everything they want. Up to now I am still waiting if they will give to me the remaining refund. The money that belong to me no matter how much the amount it is, it is still my money. Sometime it is not the amount involve but it is the principle that you believe you are being fooled. I hope this serves as a warning to all consummers before you buy anything especially thru internet be sure to check the company or business profile or records. You can check this to better business bureau BBB or other consumers affairs offices the records of certain company.

I ordered from IonizersDirect.com and got mine via free overnight Fedex shipping.

hi reallyweb, I am glad that you have a good experience with TyentUSA, but my experience, as a customer with them is the WORST internet purchase I have even made. The ionizer was delayed for 12 days before it was sent to my home. If I have not persistently called them, they would have TOTALLY FORGOTTEN above my orders. I bought a ring with bluenile and I got a tracking number within 3 hours after my purchase. I agree with you that it is a good product, what I DETEST is the type of customer service have they provided, playing dumb after receiving your money.

I also put the wrong address in. The web site is a bit confusing, it seems to jump. I guess it is my fault as well. The product is great now that I finally have it.
