Customer service & sales manager are rude & incompetent.

I ordered my stepbars from here.

The item delivered was not the same as the item pictured on website.

(False advertisement)

The mounting kit was MISSING! Yes MISSING!

When I called to complain they said they would charge me shipping of $100 to ship it back when it was THEIR error!

They said the picture on the website is irrelevant b/c it was showing a different vehicle. WTF? Why show a picture of the bars if they're not the SAME ones!?!?!?!

Not wanting to pay the additional $100 I was forced to settle with the WRONG BARS but asked them to send me my MISSING MOUNTING KIT.

I took everything to the shop. We open the newly delivered kit but discover that the NUTS, BOLTS, & 2 of the FRONT BRACKETS are MISSING!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!! How am I supposed to get it installed with everything MISSING?!?!?!?! This is the 2nd time they sent it and it's still missing parts! WTF!

I am so angry at their incompetence and lack of accountability. They are unprofessional and don't deliver you the right item nor the complete set of parts! Invest your money elsewhere so you don't get stuck with the wrong items & bars you can't even mount to your truck!
